we made it to the group stages! yay =_=
heroic performance by 9 men to earn a 1-1 draw in russia following 2 debatable red cards..
big big game tomorrow.. first old firm game for gerrard & vs his old manager
hopefully we will see a better account of rangers than in recent years .. should be a hot game for anyone watching

disappointing game.. well beaten to be fair.. I don't know if the game came just too soon after the game in russia.. didn't play like we have been, I expected much more.. but still early days for this team, still finding their feet... tis a long season, lots of ups & downs to come
anticipate a very different game at ibrox =_=

Good away result in Europa League 1st group game, away from home vs a very decent Villareal side
Still need a bit more class in the team but it's going OK.
Think Arsenal and Chelsea are in there.. Would be a bit of a fairy-tale to meet them at some stage

that was a good draw away against an experienced european side. There is no doubt that Gerrard has made the team a lot more solid and difficult to beat. Most Scottish sides get beat when the go away in europe. Rangers weren't even in the competition at this stage last season. they were knocked out by part timers from Luxembourg so yeah they are improving. good to see celtic getting beat again yesterday

yeah i follow the championship closely... i've seen them a few times and to me they have brought in some good young players but their defence is not good enough.

Well, time for the winter break as the first half of the season comes to a close..
Been an exciting season so far with a good Europa League campaign (really should have qualified for last 32) and yesterday's demolition shows how far we've come in only a few months. Gerrard has done a great job so far and represents the club extremely well.
Been plenty of ups and downs and it'll be interesting to see who arrives in the January window.
First time I can remember the league being so open with other teams competing well too. Been a good season so far, here's hoping for an exciting second half of the season. (& a blue finale
